Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Carriers
All orders are shipped via Australia Post or other trusted courier partners. Tracking is provided where available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number (if shipped with Australia Post). You can track your delivery directly via the courier’s website.
International Shipping
At this time, The Barkada Project ships within Australia only.
International shipping options will be announced in the future.
Delays & Issues
Delivery delays may occur during peak periods (such as sales, holidays, or Christmas) or due to factors outside our control, including courier delays.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at thebarkadaproject@gmail.com and include your order number.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
The Barkada Project is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue where we can.
